2. EXCHANGE AND RETURNS POLICY. WARRANTY
To make a product change, you must first make a return and then make the purchase of the new product.
Refund for withdrawal of purchase of the product.
You can make the return for withdrawal of purchase (if you do not like the product, expected something else or simply want to return it) as long as it is within the 14-day period.

In order for us to accept this return, the product must meet the following conditions:

After receiving the return/withdrawal request email, SuperDeals will send the Customer the instructions to proceed with shipping the product. The cost of said shipment will be borne by the Customer. After receiving the product by SuperDeals, it will be verified that the previously stated conditions are met. SuperDeals reserves the right to make a partial refund, discounting the loss of value that is a consequence of use not in accordance with the agreement or the nature of the product.
If the return conditions are correctly met by the Customer, a refund of the amount (PVP) of the product will be made.
Return for product breakage/damage during shipping.
During shipping, products may be damaged and may not arrive in perfect condition. In this case there are two very important factors that must be met:

- Photos of both the state of the product and the boxes and labels of the courier company must be attached. These images will serve as evidence to be able to make the different claims to the courier.

Return for failure / error of sending the order.

Return for defect / product failure. Warranty.
All products sold from January 1, 2022 are covered by a three-year legal guarantee against lack of conformity, and this by virtue of the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, by which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.
For products purchased prior to said date, the legal guarantee period is two years from the moment of delivery and will apply, in relation to the legal guarantee as established by the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users. in its wording prior to the modifications introduced by RD Law 7/2021, of April 27.
The start date of the guarantee will begin to count from the date of delivery of the product, so we recommend that you keep proof or delivery note, failing that, the date that appears on the purchase invoice will be understood as the start date of the guarantee.
The guarantees do not include deficiencies caused by negligence, blows, improper use or manipulation (other than those indicated in the user manuals), incorrect installations, connections to the electrical network other than that indicated, or materials subjected to wear due to normal use.
Once the product is received in our warehouses, the status of said product will be verified. Our technicians will identify the problem and carry out the repair or replacement with a new model, unless one of these two options proves impossible or, compared to the other corrective measure, entails disproportionate costs for Shopsuperdeals, both being free of charge for the customer. customer. These measures will be carried out within a reasonable period of time depending on the nature of the products and the purpose for which they were intended.
Shopsuperdeals may refuse to repair or replace the goods when this is impossible or involves disproportionate costs. In this case, shopsuperdeals may choose to make a partial refund when the product continues to maintain a certain degree of utility. In case of full uselessness, Shopsuperdeals may decide to terminate the contract and make a full refund of the value of the product.
If the product is collected and a diagnosis is issued by the Shopsuperdeals Technical Service, it is determined that the conditions provided in the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users are not met (for example, that the defect has been caused by incorrect use of the product , due to a circumstance external to the product, previous repair carried out by unauthorized technical services, etc.), Shopsuperdeals will contact the Client to inform him of the nature of the defect and the estimated cost of its repair.
In the specific case of some products considered as “consumable goods”, such as batteries, it is not possible to use them according to their nature without consuming them. Therefore, the guarantee will be applied based on its fungible nature and its specific characteristics such as useful life, specified charging cycles, etc.
To make use of the guarantee, the Customer must keep the invoice or proof of purchase. The product that is sent to be repaired or replaced must match the one sent by Shopsuperdeals, attaching the invoice or proof of purchase and must be perfectly packaged and protected. If the product arrives at Shopsuperdeals facilities with damage attributable to poor packaging or protection, the repair may not be covered by the guarantee, informing the Client of this.
3. INDEMNITY
Shopsuperdeals is not obliged to indemnify the client or third parties for the consequences of improper use of the product, whether direct or indirect damage, accidents suffered by people, damage to property unrelated to the product, loss of profit or loss of profit.
Likewise, we remind you that Shopsuperdeals does not cover damages caused by external factors such as power surges or drops, short circuits, atmospheric phenomena, fire, water, abnormal use of the product, burns, cuts, scratches, wrinkles, signs, scratches or other damage that may be caused by animals, accidental falls or incorrect use, as well as the use or contact with chemical products and treatment with cleaning products not indicated.
